just got my phone back from repair (the display would turn off even when it was on). and just recently tried to send a pxt. and it came up as c1 error and to try again and always says the same thing.

does anyone know what c1 error means?

No clue sorry, I would march straight back to the dealer and let them know its not behaving. They will send it away again for you.

C1 WARN RECVD_WMTP_ERROR_MSG
go in to setting , security , Enter pin (normally last 4 digits of the phone number unless you have changed it) goto option 6 and reset picture account, then it will say Clear Token and go YES

That should fix it if not back to the Shop you go
