ive had a go at adding a mp4 (renamed as a m4a file) and qcp ringtone but no luck. they both end up in my downloads folder under ringers , but when you go to use them it asks to download a plugin

is it possible at all?
if it is possible, does the mp4 file have to be certain sampling rate. size etc?
