It would help if you posted in the forum corresponding to the mobile operator you are actually using the phone on.

If you don't give people information there is no way people can help you. HOW TO ASK A QUESTION.

Sorry. The phone has SIM cards for both Vodafone and 2 degrees.

Try downloading the settings from the web and telling the website you have a low end Nokia. For my last Chinese dual SIM phone this worked, I think I used the Nokia 2610.

The actual settings are on stickies in the appropriate operator forum if you want to enter them manually.

Samsung Note20 Ultra, on 2degrees

Vodafone settings are in the Vodafone Generic Settings sticky thread. 2 degrees settings are in the 2 degrees settings sticky.

What johnr meant to say (in his own way) is that we have the settings for each operator posted as a sticky thread in each forum (sticky threads show on top of the list on the first page of each forum).

A five minutes walk around our forums would give you all the answers.

Hi freitasm. Thanks for the links. Both seem to go to 2 degrees though.

The only teacher required is Google

I will fix the link. In the meantime just visit our Vodafone Forum and look for the Generic Settings post.

Thanks everyone. I tried n4's suggestion................worked like a charm. Just paid Cellacc $30 to tell me they could not do it. Think I will ask for it back. They can't be very good at their work!

Yes, but the operating system on those phones is pretty poor so its implimentation of the specs may not get on with the servers at VF or 2degrees.
