I just bought a cable to download pictures from my cell phone but I can't connect my phone to the PC. It keeps telling me the connection has failed, check settings. HELP ME PLEASE! I have no idea what to do.

Yes, I got software with the cable. The software installed just fine. As far as drivers...I'm not really sure. Would there be a place that I would need to download them?
