Hey y'all!

I downloaded this free ringtone maker - and it's just awesome!
Had 2 play wit' it... but after about 15 minutes I made awesome stuff....
I emailed the guys that make it and they told me that they are in the middle of launching a new website for people who use it.... Is there anyone out there but me?

you can download it at [moderator edit: removed spam]

Cheers!

Im not sure this is worth any attention, but rather than delete the post, i have moved it to 'personalisation' as it has zero to do with the SMS/MMS topic it was posted in.

It is not free either:

from the website faq:

What is Activation?
Activation is the secure process of giving you permission to run Hyperscore on your computer. Hyperscore first starts up in an unactivated, evaluation-mode state. When you purchase Hyperscore, you receive a Purchase Code which can be used to activate Hyperscore.

I can get eval versions of just about all popular software packages, but it doesnt mean they are free.

Im sure there are many more zero-cost ringtone-specific programs out there.

and if anyone can find a price on the site for this product, I will email them a picture of a prize. I couldnt find the price, and I dont trust any retailer (let alone an e-tailer) who isnt upfront with their pricing.

Hyperscore

Yes! It is absolutely FREE! The software has been developed at MIT Media Labs and is awesome. I have been talking to the company that used to sell Hyperscore and they can confirm that they will launch a service where you can send ringtones to your phone and friends via sms.

PS! The company informed me that they will send users an activation code so that you can use the'evaluation version' as long as you want.

They will launch a new website by the end of 2005.... until that we just have to use the evaluation version...and get the full version for free.....

trust me- the software is awesome!!

sounds good then - its a pity they dont state all this on their site - many people must be going there and deciding not to download it based on the fact it still -appears- to be a commercial product.

I have removed the link and locked this thread. The reason for that is because it seems this is a spam post, since both askal and VJ frog seem to be the same person (at least both posting from the same IP address).

The software may be good, but we do not accept spam posts - if you want to post your own product, at least make it clear you have interests instead of creating fake users.

So, until proven wrong, Hyperscore will be associated with spam in this thread.
