In a line or two: I'm a working student who can't afford to buy a reliable phone. (it's over $200 these days!)
My best buddy just got his orders (Airforce) and left for IRAQ - He Also left me his phone. But it's Locked!!!! and no, I can't get him to call the provider to unlock it - he's gone!
