are there any tools that can be used by non-techies and developers to create and compose MMS content?
i need a tool which i can give my content developers to compose MMS content but all i can find online are SDK's.
what im looking for is a tool that can create/compose MMS content to be transmitted later - maybe sold to a content aggregator etc.

any recommendations?
