From what I can see, this modem supports quad band 3G.

Now, from the articles I read, the modem was meant to be ready/released around April last year (2009), but it seems I can't find much else on it other than that.

anyone else know any information I don't?

Telecom also sell the Sierra A503, which is quad band, however it's not a USB card
