Hey guys, i need help. Usually i can sort out things like this by surfing the net but i just couldn't fina a link to solve this problem.
Everything was going smoothly when i was on prepay, I can surf the web and send mms but this afternoon when i switched to Postpaid, i can no longer use vodafone internet nor send mms. Ive contacted vodafone regarding this matter but understandably they dont have a clue as this phone is parallel import. I also tried to use APn settings for different mobile like htc hero and magic but still no luck. Im desperate here. Just got my N1 yesterday and im really looking forward to use it to its full potential.

Thanks in advance!!!

Is this you?

I answered your question 5 minutes after you asked on the Vodafone NZ forum

Bit unfair to say we don't have a clue

If the handseet worked before on prepay it should work just as well on postpay, nothing needs the change. I'd say your account has some provisioning problem.

Have you tried the SIM on another handseg you know is working to rule out account issues?

I have explained on the vodafone forum why connection is not working for packet data services.

So that's it. The OP moved from prepay to postpay, and Vodafone's process is overnight, so there was just the expected loss of Internet.

I am locking this discussion.
