I want to get a Java program from my computer to Phone, using the internet, NOT USING A CABLE!

Does any body know what Script i need to use, to make the file download onto my phone, instead of using:

< A href = " WEBSITE/PROGRAM " > DOWNLOAD < / A >
(SORRI I CANNOT GIVE THE WEBSITE, FOR THE PROGRAM ON THE WEBSITE IS NO LONGER AVALIABLE FOR SALE, AND IS WORTH ALOT OF $$$)

I use the browser already on my cellfone to reach the website for download, But when i download the file it just comes as a a whole bunch of bla bla bla.

What do I use, to make the file download to my phone, Like when you buy a Wallpaper or game from telecom?

Please do not reply if your just going to say, Buy the cable, It is possible!

Thanks!
