I can't see any of the Major Telcos, that have 97% coverage, wanting to officially support such a handset.

I see in the weekend sales blurb from Parallel Imported they are advertizing a duel SIM Samsung C3510 for $209. Though this model on their website makes no mention of it be duel SIM..
