My Canadian friend has a Nokia Surge which is currently locked to the Rogers network, but would like to get it unlocked so she can use it here on any network.

They did provide instructions on how to unlock the phone, but sadly these do not work at all.

She's tried a phone repair place in Riccarton Mall and they didn't know what to do.

Does anyone know of a place in Christchurch or website than can unlock the phone for her??
