I recently bought this phone from The Warehouse but I'm having some problems with it.

I have inserted a 2 Degrees sim card and while the phone receives text messages, I cannot send them.

The other problem is when receiving a call, the phone doesn't ring, it just immediatly answers. I am using the General profile and have tried different ring-tones to no avail.

Can anybody help?

You need to change your message centre number to +64 22 0227672. It's under your text message settings. Auto-answering the call sounds like a software fault.

Thanks for that. The last digit was missing from the number.

Guess I'll have to take the phone back about the auto-answering problem.
