HI, i just bought a second hand iphone and they advertised it as unlocked for all networks. Put my vodafone sim card in and seems to go, only there is no menu icons????

I downloaded itunes and tryed the sn0wbreeze thing but when i got to the the 'browse' step there were no files matching his description, infact after clicking browse and clicking firmwware theres nothing there, yet i open in on my desktop and there is?! But nothing that matches. I wasted 3hrs waiting for a download that has nothing AWESOME.

Can someone tell me how a i get the phone to work?!

Im really not happy with apple products right now, why so complicated? What happened to put in a sim card and your all go?! Stupid!

Thanks, appreciate any help you have to offer

I live in New Zealand by the way so .....anything AT&T isnt going to help me....(all i could get on google)

Hi - sorry to hear you've had problems, but I'm afraid I can't quite understand what exactly has happened. Could you give a better hardware & software description (there's a chance that you've got a 'knock off' iPhone ). Also, do you mean that the screen never had any icons, or that they disappeared once you put the Sim card in? What happened on the phone to make you think that it did work initially?

Cheers,
Mike
