I have a problem with playing a specific song file in my LG GW300. The extension file of the song is .mp3. There shouldn't be a problem with this because .mp3 is a supported file type. However whenever I try to play this song, a pop-up box saying "Not Supported" appears. Can you please explain why it is like that? What should I do? Thanks.

The song is Japanese and so I thought there might be a problem with the title or something because it can't read the Japanese characters?
I tried renaming the file after it was transferred it. It didn't work. Then, I tried renaming it before transferring it to my phone. When I played it, the same thing happens - a pop-up saying "Not Supported" appears.
