I bought a w508a from the Telecom shop seeing the option of Exchange ActiveSync in the settings of w508a. Great right? But I cannot get it working. I can browse the web on it, but exchange sync simply does not work.

Anyone got it working? Please share your tips.

I have, it is a little roundabout, but works perfectly.
IIRC it is located in tools or organiser, not email. Pop back into the store you purchased it from and they should normally be able to sort it out.

Thanks. What is IIRC?

I had gone into Organiser, Synchronisation and setup a new account using the Exchange ActiveSync. The setting which I used is the same as the setting I have on my iPhone. I get the status "Failed HTTP Status 500". Tried using Exchange ActiveSync for Google and it worked. Browsing m.nzherald.co.nz also worked.

If I Remember Correctly = IIRC

If it's still not working, just double double and triple check the settings, oine tickbox different can run the whole thing.

If you continue to have issues, PM me and I may be able to help further
