Hey all,

I am currently using an HTC Wildfire with a Vodafone prepay sim card and txt 4000 but the other day I saw that 2 Degrees now has 2000 txts to any network for $10 a month.

So I am thinking about getting a dual sim card adapter and using both a Vodafone and 2 Degrees sim card.

The reason I am wanting to do this instead of just switching to 2 Degrees is because most of my mates use Vodafone prepay sims with txt 2000/4000, so switching to 2 Degrees would mean they wouldnt be able to freely txt me. Having both sims would allow me to freely txt any network and mates using Vodafone could txt me on my Vodafone sim while mates 2 Degrees and XT would be able to freely txt me aswell as they both have similar addons which allow txting to all networks.

Can someone send me a link to a dual sim card adapter that would allow me to do this on my Wildfire. Im not worried about cutting my sim cards but I want to be able to use both cards without any hassle? i.e. having to turn the phone off to switch between sim cards etc.

Thanks

What about converting your mates to 2degrees? On network texting plans are so old school!

Seems to be what you need here:

The key is you cant use both sims at the same time.
You use one or the other. I not ethe one linked allowed switched so its on each network for 5 mins at a time
this means people who call one number while its switched to the other network wont be able to contact you.
