I just switched my phone from a motorola razr to a krzr k1m about a week ago and the picture messaging feature stopped working for some reason. I have no idea how to fix it, I don't know if it matters but my phone is pageplus.

Don't worry, JohnR is the guy with short answers around here.

Have you noticed this problem when sending or receiving MMS? If it's only when receiving, have you tried sending first to activate the "inside" of the network so they know your handset is MMS-capable?

If you are using Verizon then you can't simply swap handsets so won't be able to test your account in another device. In this case you might want to visit a store to check that all the settings for your account are ok.

Ok, in this case I suggest you visit a Verizon store to check account settings or contact their help desk (yes, I am sorry, you might be in for a wait on the line).
