can anyone tell me how to do it i tried sending the ringtones to my phone using bitpim and the .midi's worked fine but the .qcp's did not go?

I have a sanyo 8200.. can anyone please explain to me what .qcp and bitpim is? and how do you send ringtones to your phone? I have mac os x 10.3.9
