Hi,

I have a new T-610 and i want to use it to read mail but i have this strange problem:
When i get an email i can see the sender and subject but insted of the body it says : "Unsupported character set".
It happens in all emails, and i can read them when i check mail on my computer.
Whats the problem ?????
what to do ?

Thanx !

Is this e-mail a spam coming from some Asian country? If not, are you sure the person sending you the message does not have an incorrectly configured e-mail client, creating the e-mail with the wrong encoding?

It may be the case then... You could go to a sony Ericsson Centre and ask for a firmware upgrade. In general they're free and will be related to the country where it's being applied.
