Hi my sister has recently bought the samsung E370 and we are having problems with her MMS. It is a pay as you go (yes it has plenty of credit) and she is on O2. The problem is with both sending and receiving messages. the following message comes up everytime 'Unknown subscriber'. We have been through the handbook and looked on the internet but have managed to come up with nothing; if someone could help we would be very grateful.

Thank you Rachel

Rachel, you will have to contact O2 and ask them if her account is enabled to send and receive MMS on their systems. Perhaps missing an APN access configuration or something like this on their side?
