Hi, I am just wondering if Androids out there have Skype chats with cameras?

   Skype only works with android 2.2 and above so be aware of that limitation.  My Galaxy S is still (waiting for telecom updates) 2.1 but got around that by using a free app called Tango which seems to work just as well as skype and fille the gap in the meantime.

Sgs2 can do video skype albeit with a modified skype app

I have just gone through the exercise, and the short answer is not really.

There are however a couple of exceptions, with Skype recently releasing a version for a very limited number of handsets. From memory only 1 is officially available in NZ.
