I have both a LG 325 and a Treo 650 cellphone and I was wondering what is the Passkey (PIN code) for these phones in order to use them as a wireless modem for my notebooks?

You don't say which network, but being on the CDMA forum I assume is either Verizon Wireless or Sprint. They both have crippled their Bluetooth devices removing the ability for these to be used as Bluetooth Modem (Bluetooth DUN).

You migh want to use Google and look for instructions on how to change this, using some modifications on your device.

If indeed your Treo's BT DUN has been crippled - you can use pdanet via the usb cable as an alternative:
