MY MAIN CAUSE OF FRUSTRATION IS CAUSED BY DROP OUTS, NO COVERAGE, BAD SPOTS AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE FOR NEALLY 4 YEARS.

I EXPERENCE WITH MY NOKIA 6230I ABOUT 3/5 CALLS DROP OUT.  ALSO THERE ARE PARTS AROUND THE AREA YOU GET NO COVERAGE WHAT SO EVA, OUTDOORS, NOTHING.  OTHER NETWORKS IN THE AREA, FOR EXAMPLE OPTUS AND TELSTRA GET ALMOST PERFECT RECEPTION OUTDOORS.  I HAVE RANG VODAFONE ALOT, SAYING THAT THEY SHOULD INVEST SOME MONEY INTO IMPROVING COVERAGE IN THIS EXPANDING AREA. BUT NOTHING.

I WAS DEBATING ON GOING TO THREE NETWORK, BUT WHEN I TRIED SIGNING UP, THEY SAID THAT I DIDNT LIVE IN A BROADBAND ZONE, AND I WAS REFUSED CONNECTION, SO THAT WAS OUT OF THE QUESTION.

I LOOKED INTO OTHER NETWORKS, TELSTRA WAS TOO EXPENSIVE, AND OPTUS DID NOT HAVE ANY GOOD PLANS.  SO I WAS STUCK WITH VODAFONE AU.

IF ANYONE HAS HAD OTHER SITUATIONS IN REGARDING BAD NETWORK COVERAGE WITH VODAFONE AU, OR ANYOTHER NETWORK IN AUSTRALIA, LIST THEM HERE

THANKS GUYS

Welcome to Geekzone.

Please note that it is considered bad form to post in caps. If you want to emphasise a point then use bold or underline. Its the equivalent of shouting and is annoying to read. Please check out our forum usage guidelines for more info.

There are plenty of users here who love nothing more than venting about their bad mobile experiences. I'm sure they will make their way out of the woodwork for this.

Cheers
Brad
