Dear all,
            The GTRAN GCP 4020 handset is having two default ringtones one for mobile startup and another for mobierl shutdown.How to remove the same from handset ? And where can we get the handset replacement as my handset is in warranty period.

Anybody knows please reply.

yes.i had taken the mobile from telephone shoppee ,i also gone to Reliance web world which is the service center of this handset but those peoples are saying that the handset quota/pieces are not available or handsets are not coming from gtran company.

What should i do in this case ?
