Quick update on my case.  TiVo got back in touch via email and walked me though the settings page in Tivo Genie.  Even though the settings were showing as they should be, the act of saving these settings again seemed to fix the problem for me.

Is anyone having problems with TiVo genie at the moment? I tried to search for a programme starting this weekend and got no results. So I then checked the TV guide and it's completely blank, ie no shows showing, even for today.

Clearly a totally different problem to the one discussed above, which I never experienced (I was able to record stuff via it last week without issue), but renders it equally useless!

If we're still talking about TiVo Genie (remote online programming) it's working OK for me.  I'm looking at the "Wellington" TV Guide.

According to their site there is intermittent Genie issues but that was posted back on 12th August:

Yep, it's back up and running for me. Didn't check it more than once or twice between my earlier post (above) and now, but it's now showing all programmes.
