I have noticed since an outage on freeview last night (1-11-12) in southland that the TVNZ Channels on my TIVO do not have any EPG data.

does anyone else have this trouble???

It appears I have the same problem but with TV3 and Four channels and EPG.  TIVO has the stations listed in the channels list but does not know what they are and the EPG is "to be announced".  TVNZ and Prime seem to be fine at this stage.  I have forced TIVO to update, re-scanned channels and restarted TIVO but no luck

YES!! There must be a problem up there. I neighbour the antenna, been up the many times, I have 3 Tivo's in three different houses, that cannot get Channel Name/info for 1,2,6,7 (all TVNZ channels/frequencies).
[Because Tivo get's it's EPG info from your Internet connection, it must need the channel name first??]

Anyway, i thought it was a problem with one Tivo so Restarted, then Downloaded service info etc, then even deleted all my channels to try fix it! Big mistake! Now i cannot even get 1,2,6,7! At least my other units have 1,2,6,7 all-be-it without details... at least you can view them... but not plan any recording.

I'm gonna ring them tommorrow, and have alread txt the Southland Manager. I also know the local technician, so will chase him up too, so this should be sorted soon i hope, or at least we might have a reason for the issue.
