For those of you that have Tivo with Telecom and currently have their broadband usage unmetered, have you ever done a plan change while being unmetered, and if so, were you still unmetered after the plan change?

What do you mean by unmetered? Do you mean that it currently isn't being measured? If so, then yes I changed to a cheaper plan, and it continued to be not be measured. But apparently that is short term. When it begins to be measured again, I will probably look to another ISP anyway now that I am out of contract.

You mean on TiVo there's still some thing that needs to be unmetered?? Updating the EPG doesn't take up much bandwidth..

My bb meter was zero regardless of how much I used.

I moved house. Now it's metered.

You joke. Have you looked at it in the past few months?? Looks like it died with a few old movies and stuff that no one is interested it. The TV section is nearly extinct..

I haven't downloaded anything on Caspa for over 6 ~ 8 months..

I'm on a 150Gig plan and my TiVo would not use hardly any of that ..

Some people who have tivos, are currently not having any of their broadband usage metered if they are with telecom. Must only be a few though, and maybe it is only those who purchased their tivo through telecom directly? I have one, and my BB meter is currently not working, and as a result, I downgraded to their smallest 30GB plan, as there is no point in paying more for data I am not getting metered for anyway. I don't download any caspa content either.

I've changed to lowest plan $75. Still unmetered.

Makes no difference to me if tivo data measured or not, as mentioned guide uses hardly nothing, and not interested in other downloads in caspa etc. Guess telecom just honouring terms of sale agreement, which was unmeasured tivo data with no mention of ending date.
