I noticed that the EPG had issues yesterday. Prime had nothing but Home Shopping scheduled for the rest of the week. Didn't look right to me. Other channels run out of data over the next few days. Have forced two of our TiVo units to phone home, but no updated EPG. Comments on the Prime Facebook page indicate Hybrid have been contacted but no real results as yet.

Can Dan shed any light on the issue and give us an ETA for resolution?

I can shed a little light on the subject, I'm still fining out all the issues myself.

It appears an automatic file upload failed sometime last week and wasn't caught.
The issue was resolved late yesterday, and should have been in the feed last night, however it appears something else has glitched.

We are currently working on the issue right now.

I'm not sure if we will be able to get fixed EPG to your TiVo in time,

in the worst case scenario, please try a manual recording (yes I know the Irony)

------
To set up a manual recording, perform the following steps:

1. Go to TiVo Central by pressing the TiVo button on the remote control. Select Find Programs, then Record by Time or Channel, then Set Up Manual Recording.

2.  Choose How Often by using the UP and DOWN arrows to highlight "Once" or "Repeat".. Then press the RIGHT arrow.

3. Choose the day(s) for the recording, using the UP and DOWN arrows to change the current selection. If you chose Repeating, you can choose to repeat the recording on a specified day of the week or several times a week. Then press the RIGHT arrow.

4.  Choose a channel using the UP and DOWN arrows or by entering a number with the remote. Then press the RIGHT arrow.

5. Set the hour, minute, and AM/PM for the start and stop time, using the UP and DOWN arrows to change the current selection. Press the RIGHT arrow to move to the next step, or LEFT arrow to move back.

6.  Schedule the recording by pressing SELECT. A confirmation screen appears:

• If you want to schedule a single recording, highlight Record this showing and press SELECT.

• If you want to schedule a repeating recording, highlight Create repeating recording and press SELECT.

Have already been through and manually added a couple of shows on our third unit as a backup in case the few items still in the EPG get blitzed, just in to be sure. SWMBO won't be happy if her cr... I mean programs.. aren't recorded!

Might do the same for GoT just in case. Cheers for the update.

Noticed GoT wasn't on the the To Do list on my Tivo..then noticed Prime was full of 'To Be advised' - did a manual network connection and everything initially got scrambled (ie was showing the shows at 1am were on now) then as I scrolled through channels they all turned to "To Be Advised" ..yikes..Network Diagnostics show a Port Failure if thats any help..

Does the connection show a completed status, or is it still running?

If it's still running, the data will still be repopulating.

We are aware of an issue with today's Prime data being missing.

TVNZ partners with Sky competitor, and the Prime Tivo EPG goes belly up...conspiracy theory anyone? :)

Heh,

Honestly this was just a failed automatic file upload that went undetected.

Currently extra checks are being put in place to help prevent a future occurrence, and I am sorry for any inconvenience.

Oddly enough I just got home from work, checked the Tivo and everything seems to be working ok today

The updates were fine as of late yesterday, but seemed to corrupt what little data was for Wednesday itself.

Grrrr. I missed Top Gear, Elementary and BB Theory because of this.. Nothing was recorded because the EPG showed some other program in that time slot.. :-(

Hah!  This caught me out also - wasn't aware of it at the time, only found out while scratching my head over why BB Theory didn't record.
I'd even glanced at the TiVo while I was blithering around the house and thought to myself at the time.... "Ug.  Red lights on.  Working.  Ug."
D'oh!
Ah well, its just a TV show, not like someone drank my last beer or anything!

All channels on ours have guide data (for today anyway).

Would this have been the reason why my Tivo failed to record Once upon a time?

However I have found it has failed to record it 3 weeks in a row, I noticed my season pass was created when it was called "Once Upon A Time".  I see it now shows up in the guide as "Once Upon a Time".  Does the season pass not take into account the capital "A" vs "a"?  That's annoying
