Tivo seems to be smart enough to know not to record Season Pass programs from the +1 channels but when there are encore screenings (ie Home & Away, World on Wheels, The Home Show) it does record them.

Any ideas on how to set it to ignore them?

go to season pass recording options.

under show type you can set to record - first run, repeats + first run or all.

select first run.

That doesn't always work, but it's about all you can do. It all depends on I whether they code it right. eg, the Under The Dome encore screening still recorded even though it was technically a repeat.

People often mistake me for an adult because of my age.

It's a common problem these days. The EPG data is obviously lacking.
Choice is chronic and they multiple screen many of their programmes. It such a nuisance I scarcely bother with them.
Prime are pretty hit and miss. e.g. 60minutes screens twice and TiVo gets both showings even when set not to.
TV3 are a bit remiss too with their current affairs shows.
I guess we should count ourselves lucky to have any EPG at all from them.
