My TiVo has gone crazy. Some shows have a season pass but they no longer record, but the season pass is in a black hole.

When i go to the guide and select the future episode there is no indication to record. So i press record episode and it says that a duplicate of that same show will be deleted early because it is already recorded or something like that ...

Anyone has this issue? Restarting made no difference (I will try again) ... seems to be affecting sports at the moment

Never heard of a "black hole" problem before, maybe it's time for a full reset?

I've had that sort of behaviour a few times before.  It was always related to one broadcaster, in once case it affected TV3 and TV4, the other time it was Prime.

Try deleting all season passes for the affected channel and then adding them back.

i cannot remember all the season passes lol ... if it doesn't get worse i'll leave it alone, otherwise yeah a full reset

You don't need to remember them, you can look them up on the Tivo and write them down.

My TiVo is currently experiencing the same blackhole as you... I have even deleted said season pass and its still broken.
