No problems at my end.  I replaced my modem last Saturday (08/07) meaning the TiVo had to be reconfigured and I manually pushed through an update no problems.  If on wi-fi perhaps try a cable?

I quickly checked this morning before I left and sadly I have the same issue in no EPG updates for almost a week (Wednesday 5th).  Forced an update and found the second step of Connecting takes an unusually long time before failing.  Connecting via ethernet cable, plugged directly into the modem which is plugged directly into the ONT.

For what it's worth I'll submit a support email however it should be fixed given they're still providing a service till the end of October.

All 3 TiVo's use wired connections - I got rid of wireless some time ago

Noticed the problem it when Prime channel had no info showing

Ok I will have another check when I get home.  I did watch the progress and got the 100% success message, but didn't specifically check the EPG to see how far ahead it actually had program information for.

TBH its probably time to stop procrastinating and go get the Panny.  TiVo is strictly palliative care now.

Also no successful automatic updates since July 5 here on all four TiVo boxes.

Have set them all in motion with manual updates. The final stage ('Loading info') was very slow, even compared to the usual slow progress.

For the cause, I have one running on the wireless module, the other three are wired. Time to completion was pretty much identical for wired and wireless. All completed successfully.

Looks like the problem has been resolved

I logged a fault with Auz last night, looks like there is still someone there

All three TiVo's now Connected OK and have updated and prime is now populated

Happy for now

Thanks for following up.  I'll check tonight but based on this result I'll assume it's good to go.

Mine's updated too but raises an interesting question though admittedly soon to be academic, can TiVo push an update on demand remotely or does it wait till the unit requests it?

I was at my parents last night who were unaware it had been failing.  When I went to manually run the update it just happened to be finishing the install around 6:45pm.  When I got home I checked my own TiVo and had updated itself about 6:41pm.  I thought the timing was spooky given when I manually ran a failed update that morning it said the next update wasn't due till the early hours of today. <insert dramatic music emoji here>

Hi. Ive had problems for a week or two with my modem (not TIVO).. but tonight im getting tivo warnings about unable to connect 9no DHCP server (or something).

I reset my modem now & sucessfully connected to TIVO. (thats good)

BAD: in my TODO screen, it says "Programme info will run out on tue 25/7 - Connect the tivo service". after i re-connected to TIVO (sucess), it still says the same information.  run out on 25th.''

HOWEVER - when scrolling through the pages of my todo list, it only goes up to the 20th... not 25th...

Any idea whats going on ? is TIVO shutting down early ?

Could just be you. No problems here with our four TiVo boxes. TiVo would be asking for trouble if they shut down early.

After a sync, it can take a while for the to-do list to populate. How long after the sync did you wait before checking the list?
