Just had my Tivo modded and a 1TB drive added.

I cleared all the existing Season Passes.

If I go into the Guide, select an entry and choose 'Record this showing', then the recording appears in the 'Now Playing List' and has been recorded successfully.

However, if I go into the Guide, select an entry and choose 'Season Pass & other options', 'Get a Season Pass', go into 'Options', I think all the defaults are correct, in particular 'Show Type' is set to 'Repeats and first-run' (which I was told about when I picked up the TiVo). I then select 'Don't change recording options'.

The program is not recorded.

So far I have set-up several season passes.

Each one shows in the 'To Do List', however, each one shows 'None scheduled' and each of them says 'There are no upcoming episodes'.

Nothing is shown in 'View Recording History'.

It would pay to join forums.OzTiVo.net and ask your question there.

Normally if you don't make any changes to the Season Pass recording options, they should remain set at "Repeats and First Runs" so it doesn't sound logical that simply looking in there and not changing anything should stop the recording.

However, what can seem strange, can be simply a problem relating to when a new full new load of guide data happens. It can take several hours for indexing to be complete, so it's not wise to jump to conclusions until your Tivo has been given plenty of time to complete this task. This happens as a background task, by a little processor, so as has been said many times before here, patience is what's required.

Tivo upgrades to operate with the new OzTivo EPG, support and service. Over 400 performed here so far. See: www.hillcrest.net.nz

I think you are spot on.

Apart from forcing 2 x EPG Downloads and receiving a channel lineup occurred message, I have done nothing else.

It is now working as it should.

Very relieved.
