I've taken the plunge too, so far so good, waiting for the MAK to arrive...

I'm upgrading our home media setup in stages, and our TV is still an oldish 32" CRT.

I find CASPA to be illegible on this TV, particularly the title info in the bottom left. There don't appear to be any options to zoom, change the font size etc. Any suggestions?

Sorry, no helpful suggestions from me.
I just wanted to add that there doesn't appear to be any UI customization options for any part of TiVo.
The default UI is pretty great, but I would like say a more monochrome channel banner etc.
