This may be old news, but you can connect to TiVo through Internet Explorer etc using the IP address from TiVo settings then using tivo as the username and your media access key as the password. You can then download the MPEG files directly

hmm i just get a splah screen saying im ready to go, no where to log in

Hi - make sure you use https://tivoipnumber

And you may need to add this site to your Trusted Sites list too.

lol. I got it.. Username is tivo and the password id MAK number ;-)
