A few times now my Tivo has jumped to the end of a recording when I have been fast forwarding.  I press the fast forward button, the recording speeds up and then will pause and jump to the end.  If I go back and try again it does it again at the same spot in the recording.  Was wondering if it is a disk problem?

Anybody else had this happen?

Yes, I've had that happen. I put it down to a software bug, and not thought much more about it.

Glad to hear I'm not the only one with this problem. It can be pretty annoying though.

Yes I too have had this problem, only a few times.
I've not been able to make it happen on purpose, I think perhaps it occurred during fast forwarding when the other tuner stopped or started recording?
However, now I understand the skip-to-hash button, it doesn't take long to get back to where I was!

Cheers,
Joseph
