I have decided that I mayo get a Media access key for my tivo, so I can watch recorded programs on my laptop. However when I go to the tivo website, their shop is down, and it has been down for at least 2 days with the following message.

In order to better serve you, the TiVo Online Shop is undergoing scheduled maintenance at this time.

We apologise for any inconvenience, please check back later.

See you soon!
The TiVo Team

I have also tried telecoms website, to see if it can be purchased there, but there is no information about it anywhere.

Can these only be purchased through the tivo NZ website shop, which is currently down, or can you get them elsewhere?

I am not currently sure if it is worth the hassle and expense, but would like to be able to view recorded programs away from the tv.
