I want to check that we're running the latest firmware... My box says 11.3b4-01-2-663, model TCD 663320...

My one year old Tivo currently runs 11.3b4-01-2-663 like yours. The new one I bought on Trademe last week was running 11.3-01-2-663 after being booted up for the first time, then within a few days had the same firmware as the first. Strange, as I thought b4 might have meant beta. Both showing Maori EPG.

And whadda know, Telecom have just door knocked me in Mairangi Bay and offered me another one free if I continue with them for 12 months. Funny thing is, I will use it too. Happy days.

Is your real-time connection listed as "Active"?

What is reported for your "Program Information To:"?
Mine says "Sunday December 18th" 

Do you have Maori TV checked as a favourite?
Can you see your TiVo from your browser?  (I'm clutching at straws for you now)  

Any clues here?

Mine is also 11.3b4-01-2-663, model TCD 663320 and I can see the Maori EPG. It was just "there" when I accessed the guide this evening.
