joker97: so for the same price, same specs, same everything, one has 9 crosstype AF sensor, one has only one, you'd go for the one with one cross type AF sensor?

You're playing dumb now, asking rhetorical questions that will never happen in the real world. That's a photo nerds game.
If you're comparing a Nikon with most of the cross focus points in the centre and a Canon with them spread better around the frame then there are far more important things to consider than focus points. How the camera feels in your hands, the availability of lenses you want, any existing equipment you own that's compatible with either, price, and general performance in reviews. The exact nature of the focus points is almost irrelevant for most people.
joker97: fair enough, I guess it's what your needs isn't it.
my needs: my 3 under 7 year olds zooming around INDOORS. 5DMkIII - perfect 9/10 (crosstypes) when they zoom around. canon 6D - (one centre crosstype) 99% unusable if not using the centre point (non crosstype). centre point (crosstype) perfect 9/10
if your things don't move around, or you only shoot moving things with the centrepoint(s) crosstype that's fine. I have a 600D (one crosstype, centre point) for telephoto use for moving things like bees and birds - i only get usable pictures with the centre point.
