Sim Ahmed Aucklandia A0 photo man on street street photography

This is what an A0 photo print looks like. Over the Labour Weekend I made four of different photos I’ve taken around Auckland.

I’m sending the one in the photo to an exhibition displaying only photocopied/cheap print images. I still haven’t figured out how to mail the A0 photo, so might have to drive it out.

Paper Pirates

I’ve got another 3 back home of different photos, what should I do with them?

Can't you roll it in one of those hard tubes used for paintings (or is it mounted/framed)?

As an aside, the likes of warehouse stationery do large poster prints very cheaply, much cheaper than canvas printing. Depending on your requirements these can be pretty cool at not much dollars. ~ Especially if you're looking at putting it into a larger frame.

Jax - This is exactly what I did. Quality isn't as good as photopaper but frankly for the huge savings it's good enough. Highly recommend it.

Mauricio - cant find document tubes that can fit A0 , been told repeatedly it's not a very frequent request.

Hi where are you in NZ am presuming in auckland

I have spare tubes in Dunedin from the posters we get every month they are 890mm long.

Let me know where abouts you are and i will see if one of our other stores has a tube you can have.

Have used warehouse stationery for some posters instore have been cheap to print and laminate

And often they come up with a 30% off sale on these too...

They do a range of panoramic aspect prints too.  Watch the raw image size though, so it doesn't look pixelated if your pixel count is lacking.
