I have a Sony HDR XR150 and I am trying to transfer the video onto a Mac Pro through ivideo. I can see the files but they are greyed out. Please can anyone tell me what the problem may be. I have been able to copy onto a PC without problems. I have just purchased my Mac. Thank you in advance.

After many hours of fiddling around trying all sorts to sort out this problem I have now been able to extract the video onto my Mac. The problem was that I needed to connect the video camera to the power as the battery (even though it was fully charged) was not able to transfer it needed it connected. All is good now. Many thanks for allowing me to post this problem. Do hope this may be able to help someone else new to these gadgets. Some of the most obvious reasons don't always seem to relate.
