Isn't browser dependant?  And don't most now have an internal viewer?  Going external PDF viewer probably the best

i dont know how to say this but here it goes.

i added links to the products on the pdf (linking them to my website products), thus i have the pdf loaded on my website and when someone goes and opens the pdf in the browser, they see it as a normal pdf but now clickable links which will redirect them to my products on website (easy to get more info on the product for the customer).

but i want those 100+ links on the 12 page flyer, to open in a different tab for every different link created.

is that possible to do something on my end?

The outcome on users viewing will be totally dependant on their settings. If they view externally (adobe reader etc) it will spawn the browser. If they have it set to open in browser you will need to use JS as your URLs instead it seems
