Our Outback cam has audio recording. Because of ongoing noise problems with the neighbour from midnight on directly onto our property, ie; banging on our sheds which are close to the boundary, (legally) we have been advised to record the noise by the police.

I've since heard that recording someone without their permission can be illegal. Would it apply under these circumstances.?
