A friend is looking for an APS film scanner - even something that you aren't using right now (post-lockdown, actually) that we could borrow. I did find an AKL-based professional service but ideally she would do the scanning on her own time as there's no big rush.

Ideas, pointers?

A bit late but .... You can get 3D printed film holders on eBay for a flatbed scanner.   You would have to break apart the APS film canister thou and roll out the film and cut and sleeve it.  There are APS dedicated scanners like for the Nikon Coolscan V and 5000 and the IV and the 4000 models, it uses a expensive APS film holder unit but the APS holder itself may go for $1,000 with a $1,000-2,000 scanner.
