Can’t help but see half of these new additions as firmware updates that could have been released to the hero 11 previously.

And no GPS?!

This is the first year I have not been interested at all in upgrading from the previous model.

Do you use the inbuilt GPS? I must admit it is something I've had turned off virtually the whole time.
