I'm using iMovie to edit a film, I close it and come back after dinner. now my project wont appear in the projects list! I have found the project file which is located in the right place. WHY WONT IT HOW IN iMOVIE!!? Please help, working to a deadline.. which is tonight!

Hi - hopefully you've had some luck with this by now.... but it really would help to know some stuff like with version iMovie you're using & what sort of hardware with which operating system you're on.
If you saved the project before quitting then, altho' it may not show up in the projects list, you should be able to ask it to open an existing project, navigate to it and open it from there....
There are quite a few knowledgeable people who have helpful websites devoted to iMovie, but you'll need to ask some specific questions in Google for it to point you to the right answers.... good luck.
