hi there,

Turned on our Panasonic FX35 camera this morning and we got the above message.  It's obvious that the lens is not moving and is the cause of the error.  Camera is about 15 months old and purchase from JB-Hifi.  I see that the normal warranty on a camera is only one year.  Is it worth trying to get JB-hifi to get it fixed for free under the CGA or is it just an easy fix that a camera repairer could do for less than $100.

I have tried new batteries.

Any help would be welcomed
