We are developing a bespoke product for half dozen different stakeholders.  At the moment we keep everyone updated with a very messy email trail.

What's tools are people using to facilitate discussion between a whole lot of different people? My top pick at the moment is LinkedIn, but happy to take suggestions about better solutions.
