I have been using 2 step auth with my Vodafone number for 3+ months with no issues.
But tonight I have just stopped receiving SMS verifications from twitter.

Just wanted to know if anyone else is having this issue..

Otherwise it seems I have lost my twitter account as there is no way to remove/reset the SMS verification option

:(

Any tips?

Both on Vodafone? If that's the case we should move this topic to the Vodafone subforum.

Now that is reassuring this isn't just isolated to me. Are you also on Vodafone?

Ive submitted a support request to twitter. I just hope they reply. :/

Yes, I'm on Vodafone.

The SMS codes have just come through now. Weird.

Anyone successfully use SMS auth code? I'm still not receiving any new ones. Maybe someone not with Vodafone can confirm if it is working with their carrier.

I don't seem to be receiving them and I'm on spark. I still can do the verification by the app though, I just tried to get the code sent via text to see if it worked but nothing came through.

Done some checks on the VodafoneNZ side and the 3rd party SMS vendor or Twitter are not actually sending Vodafone any data

It's a pity they don't use the Google Authenticator.

I see if you install their client, you can use that instead for 2FA
