Uhm what? Not that I really use Facebook I can assure you it isn't down otherwise we'd be in the midst of a Zombie Apocalypse caused by people with smartphones suddenly being connected to the real world.

ive been seeing some strange things with the facebook app, only HALF working over wifi. initial pages will load, but then you hit show more and it will suddenly be like connection error.

Inconsistent, and i have not been able to narrow it down as every time i note it by the time i get to my desk its working again... i point fingers at the big red as a likely cause, but would not conclude that without excluding my own side of things first.

3G is fine generally it seems however i hardly use Facebook at all. If its important, it will notify me.

Had something like this on my iPhone.  WiFi router replacement sorted it.  Some sort of compatibility issue I think.

has co-aligned with the E400s being put in place, i would hope not.

Router did not change, just the APs, could be the difference there..

I my case, an iPhone 6S would intermittently (once or twice an hour when used) would stop talking to a Vodafone VDSL router and then a Netcomm VDSL Router which replaced the Voda model (when other WiFi clients were not having issues).  Disabled WiFi on the Netcomm and set up a secondhand AirPort Extreme bought recently from GZ user @Chrizvi.  Issues have disappeared.
